 Shipping Information


  • Shipping Schedule


    • All orders are shipped on Tuesday. 

    • Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped out the following Tuesday
    • Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after your order has been shipped.



    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or text (depending on what you provided at checkout).

    Important Notes

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Since sourdough is a perishable, handmade product, slight variations in shape or color are normal and part of the artisan process.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

  • All sales are final.
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any sourdough items once they are shipped or picked up.
  • Refunds are not available unless an error was made on our end (e.g., the wrong product was sent).
  • If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
